Paramedic 'interfered' with dispatch to chest pain case, inquest finds

The cardiac arrest death of a man who waited more than 20 minutes for an ambulance could have been "potentially" prevented if a paramedic had not interfered with the dispatch process and had help arrived sooner, a South Australian coroner has found.
