Daire McCormack George, a 31-year-old solicitor at Mason Hayes and Curran, was found not guilty of murder by reason of insanity at the Central Criminal Court after stabbing his 76-year-old father Scott George 27 times at the family home in Balbriggan on December 12, 2024, during a relapse of schizoaffective disorder
