Calls to tighten Telstra's obligations after two-week mobile disruption

Nationals leader David Littleproud wants "timely and to standard" mobile service upgrades to be a legal requirement for Telstra after regional Queensland customers lost access to calls, internet, ATMs and EFTPOS for a fortnight.
