Uber's Delivery Hero stake boosted by Prosus share sale

Dutch technology investor Prosus has agreed to sell a 4.5% stake in Delivery Hero to Uber for about €270m, making the ride-hailing group the fourth-largest shareholder in the Berlin-based food-delivery group.
