Luis Leon, an 82-year-old Pennsylvania resident, was unexpectedly deported to Guatemala after visiting a US immigration office to replace his lost green card. Despite having political asylum since 1987 and living in the US for decades, Leon was detained and deported, leaving his family in the dark.
