'Amounts to theft': Russia furious over frozen assets; warns it will 'go after' EU states

Russia has issued a warning. It says it will target any European nation that tries to seize its assets. This follows reports that the European Union is exploring ways to use frozen Russian funds to support Ukraine. Russia considers any seizure of its assets as theft.
