Football transfer rumours: Galatasaray to spend £38m on Arsenal’s Martinelli?

The Italians have sniffed around the midfielder for quite a while and may ramp up their interest very soon with a bid of £30m to test Liverpool’s resolve.</p><p>Ipswich are not willing to stop their summer spending and a return for <strong>Julio Enciso</strong> looks nailed on. The Paraguay international had an injury-plagued loan spell at Portman Road in 2025 but is back to lead their battle for Premier League survival after a permanent deal was agreed with Strasbourg.
